By registering for the The Inner Circle: 3-Month Mastermind, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your registration.
1. Program Overview
The Inner Circle: 3-Month Mastermind is a 3-month, group neurolanguage and business English coaching program designed for professionals. The program runs from 1st March 2026 to 17th May 2026 and consists of 12 weekly live sessions, held every Sunday. If Sharmani cancels a session, it gets rescheduled within the 12-week window first. If that's not possible, an extra session is added after 17th May.
2. Payment
2.1 The total cost of the The Inner Circle: 3-Month Mastermind program is €888.
2.2 Payment may be made in full at the time of registration, or in 3 installments of €388 each. The payment plan is a one-time arrangement and is not a subscription. No further charges will be applied beyond the three agreed installments.
2.3 Payment plan installments are due by the following dates:
Installment 1: Immediate, before 28th February 2026
Installment 2: 31st March 2026
Installment 3: 30th April 2026
2.4 If a payment plan installment is not received by the due date, access to the The Inner Circle: 3-Month Mastermind program, including live sessions, Telegram support, and all program materials, will be paused until the outstanding payment is made.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 All purchases are non-refundable. This applies to both full payment and payment plan options once registered.
4. Sessions and Recordings
4.1 The The Inner Circle: 3-Month Mastermind program includes 12 weekly live group coaching sessions, each lasting 60 to 75 minutes. Sessions run from 1st March 2026 to 17th May 2026.
4.2 All live sessions are recorded. As a registered client, you have access to the recordings of your sessions provided all payments have been fulfilled. If a client defaults on payment, no new recordings are added until the outstanding payment is made.
4.3 If you miss a live session, it cannot be rescheduled. You will, however, retain access to the recording of that session.
5. Telegram Support
5.1 Registered clients have access to Telegram support from Monday to Friday throughout the duration of the program.
6. Intellectual Property and Recording Use
6.1 All session recordings are provided strictly for your personal use only.
6.2 You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or use the recordings for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Sharmani Cheng reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered clients.
